This End User License Agreement ("Agreement," "EULA," or "License") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Nerds Expert ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your download, installation, activation, access, and use of SysNet Cleaner, including any related documentation, updates, enhancements, and associated materials (collectively referred to as the "Software").
By downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Software and remove it from your device.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement and completion of any required payment, Nerds Expert grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for lawful purposes.
This license permits you to:

• Receive updates when included with your license plan.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Nerds Expert.
The Software is licensed and not sold.
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, proprietary technologies, trade secrets, software code, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Nerds Expert and its licensors.
Your purchase grants only the right to use the Software under this Agreement and does not transfer ownership of the Software.
You may use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
Permitted uses include:
• Installing and operating the Software on compatible devices.
• Using available maintenance, optimization, and system-management features.
• Accessing software documentation and related materials.
• Using the Software within the limitations of your purchased license.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or duplicate the Software except as expressly permitted.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or transfer the Software.
• Share activation credentials or license information with unauthorized parties.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.

Violation of these restrictions may result in license termination.
Certain versions of SysNet Cleaner may require activation.
You acknowledge that:

Updates may:

Unless specifically included in your license, Nerds Expert is not obligated to provide future updates.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device satisfies the minimum requirements necessary to operate the Software.
Performance may vary depending on:

• Operating system versions.
• Installed applications.
• Available system resources.
• Device configuration settings.
Compatibility with every device, operating system, or configuration cannot be guaranteed.
To support software functionality, licensing, diagnostics, and performance improvements, the Software may collect limited technical information, including:

• Error logs and diagnostic information.
• License validation data.
Information handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Certain license plans may be subscription-based or time-limited.
For such licenses:
• Access may expire at the end of the license period.

• Failure to renew may limit access to licensed functionality.
Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings where applicable.

The Software is not represented as:
• Antivirus software.
• Anti-malware software.
• Cybersecurity software.
• Threat-detection software.
• Remote technical support services.
• Device repair services.
Software performance, optimization results, and system responsiveness may vary based on device specifications, operating system configuration, installed software, and overall device condition.
Nerds Expert does not guarantee that:
• Every system issue will be identified or resolved.
• Specific performance improvements will be achieved.
• Results will be identical across all devices.
• The Software will operate without interruption or errors.
Results may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nerds Expert disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including:
• Merchantability.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Accuracy or reliability of results.
Certain jurisdictions may not permit some warranty exclusions, so some limitations may not apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerds Expert shall not be liable for:
• Data loss.
• Device malfunction.
• Business interruption.
• Loss of profits or revenue.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to discontinue use.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
Your license may be terminated if you:
• Violate this Agreement.
• Engage in unauthorized distribution or piracy.
• Attempt to bypass licensing controls.
• Use the Software unlawfully.
Upon termination:
• All use of the Software must cease.
• Copies of the Software must be removed from your devices.
• Access to software services may be revoked.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nerds Expert harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
• Your use of the Software.
• Violation of this Agreement.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Infringement of third-party rights.
The Software may be subject to export control laws and trade regulations.
You agree that:
• You will comply with applicable export and import laws.
• You will not use the Software in violation of sanctions or trade restrictions.
• You are responsible for obtaining any required approvals or licenses.
Nerds Expert may suspend access if continued use would violate applicable regulations.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Nerds Expert operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
This EULA represents the complete agreement between you and Nerds Expert regarding the Software.
It supersedes prior communications, discussions, representations, and agreements relating to the Software.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Nerds Expert may modify this EULA periodically to reflect legal, operational, technical, or software-related changes.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
